Scheduling Terms and Conditions
Reservations
In order to reserve your spot, payments must be made in full when scheduling services.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please notify us through TimetoPet or feel free to give us a text/call.
Non-Holiday Cancellations
Dog Walks | Drop-Ins
Cancellations can be made up until 8:30am the day of the scheduled service. Any cancellations made after 8:30am are non-refundable.
Holiday Cancellations
Dog Walks | Drop-Ins
Cancellations can be made up until 24 hours the day of the scheduled service. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
Non-Holiday Cancellations
Pet Sitting | Day Sitting | Overnight Sitting | House Sitting
Upon reserving a spot for your pet, 10% of your total reservation cost is nonrefundable if cancelled.
Cancellation of services with less than 7 days notice prior to the start of service are 50% refundable.
Cancellation of service within 3 days prior to the start of the service are non-refundable.
Holiday Cancellations
Pet Sitting | Day Sitting | Overnight Sitting | House Sitting
Upon reserving a spot for your pet, 10% of your total reservation cost is nonrefundable if cancelled.
Cancellation of services with less than 14 days notice prior to a major holiday are 50% refundable.
Cancellations within 7 days prior to the start of the service are completely non-refundable.
Last Minute Service
Requests after 8am the day of the service
An additional $5 for walks and drop-ins and $10 for all sitting services will be applied. We will do our best to fit you in if you need to schedule a walk or sitting last minute. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fit your pet in. Please make sure to schedule in advance.
